Salsa Chicken
FOR THIS, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
- Beans, Black
- Rice, Brown
- Cheddar, Extra Sharp
- Pace, Medium or to taste
- Chicken, Boneless
- Oil, of Vegetable or Olive
>Add a bit of oil to your big ass frying pan and heat up the chicken till its white.
»When you add the chicken you wanna rip it up with your hands ‘cause cutting it later is bitch-like in nature and can mess with the whole texture distribution.
» Wash hands often
>While keeping an eye on the chicken, drain the liquid out of a can of black beans
>Once the chicken doesn’t look pink on the outside it should be safe to add a jar of pace on it and the can of black beans on top of that
>Lower the heat a bit and let it simmer for ~10 min while you get the rice ready, listen to some 70’s reggae, and sip a drink.
>Find the biggest, most off center piece of chicken to check if theres any pink inside, If theres not, proceed to add the rice then put as much cheddar as your heart can handle.
>Stir that masterpiece together one the still hot burner, melting the cheese. You’re done.
Consume with a Crisp Cider, Water, or Non-Dark Beer.
Also good with some Tostito’s Scoops [for scoopin’] or wrapped as a Burrito. It ain’t pretty but it tastes great, makes leftovers, can be good for you, and its easy as shit to make.
